We invite you to a route that combines history, nature, and legend. Starting from the Romanesque jewel of the Sar Collegiate Church, we will follow the course of the river through the Eugenio Granell Park and the Brañas de Sar. Our path will lead us to the historic Bosque de Conxo to pay homage to the ‘Carballo del Banquete,’ a monumental oak and symbol of freedom.
We will discover hidden springs like that of the Capitanes and ancient mills that whisper stories of the past. It is a circular route that will connect you with the greenest and most rebellious soul of Compostela.
