ruta 4 From Busto to Cesar by the tambre river

Santa María De Cesar church and stone cross
Small baroque temple of the 18th century. It has a rectangular floor plan and an added sacristy. It is crowned with a bell tower of two openings and an eye. The door is linteled and, on it, there is a small window with molding of earflaps.
The cross of the church located nearby, but outside the walled enclosure of the church, is of the crucifix type with four tiers. It has an octagonal shaft with interesting carvings of Christ and the Virgin.
